Closed-loop AI visibility for GEO agencies

Know what to change. Prove what worked.

GetEcho measures the signal, diagnoses the gap, turns it into prioritized AEO actions, then tests one intervention and shows your client what changed beyond measurement noise.

Beyond the visibility score

A tracker answers the first question. Your agency still owns the next three.

01

“Where are we losing?”

Diagnose the gap behind the visibility score.

See which prompt families, sources, competitors, and content clusters are associated with the client’s weakest visibility.

02

“What should we change?”

Turn the diagnosis into prioritized AEO actions.

Each action names the observed problem, proposed change, mechanism, effort, confidence, success metric, and test path.

03

“Did the action work?”

Separate intervention signal from ordinary movement.

Matched controls and repeated waves replace the noisy before-and-after screenshot with evidence the client can inspect.

One complete improvement loop

From visibility signal to the next defensible action.

Tracking, AEO recommendations, and Campaign Evidence are connected modules. The value is in carrying one client from observation to action, outcome, and the next decision.

  1. 01

    Measure the signal

Run a fixed visibility panel—or import the agency’s tracker data—to establish presence, citation, recommendation, and competitor patterns.

    Measure
  2. 02

    Diagnose the gap

Trace weak visibility to prompt families, observed sources, competitor patterns, content gaps, and crawl or index constraints.

    Diagnose
  3. 03

    Recommend AEO actions

Build a prioritized backlog of specific actions, each with evidence strength, effort, confidence, success metric, and testability.

    Recommend
  4. 04

    Intervene deliberately

Select one action. GetEcho pre-registers the metric and treatment/control design; the agency implements the change.

    Intervene
  5. 05

    Prove what changed

Remeasure after absorption and compare the intervention with matched controls and observed measurement noise.

    Prove
  6. 06

    Learn into the next loop

Feed positive, null, or negative outcomes back into the action backlog and the client’s next investment decision.

The AEO module

Recommendations your team can act on—and test.

No generic checklist and no guaranteed prescription. Every recommendation starts with an observed gap and ends with a measurable decision.

01

Observed problemThe prompt, source, competitor, URL, or content gap behind the action.

02

Specific interventionWhat to change, where to change it, and the mechanism we expect to test.

03

Priority and effortEvidence strength, expected impact, dependency, and implementation cost.

04

Success metricHow the agency will know whether the hypothesis held up.

Evidence closes the loop

Every outcome improves the next recommendation.

Campaign Evidence is not the whole product. It is the feedback mechanism that tells the agency whether to scale, revise, or reject the AEO hypothesis.

Null and negative findings stay in the record. Otherwise the learning loop becomes a case-study filter.

+

Positive

Scale the tested pattern within the boundaries the evidence supports.

Null

Revise the hypothesis, improve the measurement, or stop the tactic.

Negative

Reverse course and lower the priority of similar recommendations.

Honest labels at every step

We separate observation, hypothesis, and evidence.

A visibility pattern is not a cause. An AEO recommendation is not a guarantee. A before-and-after chart is not automatically an experiment.

AEO recommendation Testable hypothesis

Specific enough to implement and measure

Each client-facing action links an observed gap to a proposed change, a mechanism hypothesis, a success metric, and a test path.

  • Observed problem and evidence strength
  • Proposed action and mechanism
  • Impact, effort, and dependencies
  • Success metric and testability
Campaign Evidence Honest comparison

A claim that matches the design actually run

Randomized matched pairs earn controlled-experiment language. Agency-selected pages are reported as a matched observational comparison.

  • Repeat baseline and post waves
  • Matched-control discipline
  • Noise and uncertainty disclosed
  • × No inflated causal language

01Signal includes uncertaintyRepeated samples reveal how much the same prompt can vary before the agency acts on a score.

02Recommendation before outcomeThe action, mechanism, and success metric are recorded before post-intervention data exists.

03Outcome returns to the backlogPositive, null, and negative results change how similar actions are prioritized in the next loop.

A concrete client, not category curiosity

Built for agencies that need the next action—and then need to defend it.

Start with a named client and a decision. If a campaign is not ready yet, the Opportunity Sprint builds the diagnosis and testable AEO backlog first.

Strong fit
  • SEO, content, digital PR, or GEO agency
  • 5–30 active retainer clients
  • A paying GEO/AEO client with an action owner
  • A review or renewal in 60–120 days
  • Ability to implement one action in 30–60 days
  • 12–20 comparable pages for the evidence loop
Not a fit
  • You only need a cheaper high-volume tracker
  • You want a guaranteed positive outcome
  • You want generic AEO tips without implementation
  • You want GetEcho to produce the content
  • There is no named client or decision yet

Questions agencies ask

Before we put a client into the loop.

GetEcho is a managed improvement service before it becomes software. The workflow matters more than another dashboard login.

Does GetEcho replace our visibility tracker?

No. If your tracker produces usable signal, GetEcho can work from it and run an independent validation sample for the intervention metric. If you do not have one, the Sprint includes a fixed visibility panel so the loop can still begin.

Is GetEcho an AEO recommendation tool?

AEO recommendations are one required module, not the entire product. GetEcho connects measurement, diagnosis, prioritized actions, intervention design, Campaign Evidence, and the learning that shapes the next recommendation.

How are AEO actions different from generic SEO advice?

Every client-facing action must name the observed problem, proposed change, mechanism hypothesis, evidence strength, effort, success metric, testability, and confounders. If it cannot be tied to this client’s signal, it does not enter the backlog.

Can you prove our campaign caused the lift?

Only a study that meets the randomized matched-pair requirements is described as a controlled experiment. Other engagements are reported as matched observational evidence, with no inflated causal language.

Why only content-cluster refreshes for founding clients?

It keeps the first studies interpretable. Site-wide schema, product launches, PR, and mixed interventions introduce confounders that cannot be separated cleanly in this design.

What happens if the result is inconclusive?

It becomes learning, not a hidden footnote. The report explains whether to increase sampling, revise the hypothesis, redirect budget, or stop the tactic—and the action backlog changes accordingly.

Can the report be fully white-labeled?

The founding report carries your agency branding plus a GetEcho methodology stamp. The stamp gives the client a visible, independent measurement trail while your agency owns the relationship.

What if the implementation is delayed?

The intervention should launch within 14 days of baseline. Delays beyond that can require a paid re-baseline, and engagements expire after 90 days so the comparison remains interpretable.

Start with the real client

Which client needs a better next action?

Share the visibility problem, what your team can implement, and the decision date. We will reply with a fit assessment—not a generic sales deck.

Before you submit

No campaign ready yet? The Opportunity Sprint can start with diagnosis and an AEO backlog. A full evidence loop requires one content-cluster refresh and at least 12 comparable pages.
